Roy Swan is a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley’s Global Sustainable Finance Group, where he is the Community Reinvestment Act Officer for Morgan Stanley’s bank subsidiaries and Chief Operating Office of Morgan Stanley Community Investments LLC. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Swan had been CFO of Carver Federal Savings Bank and a Corporate Vice President at Time Warner. Mr. Swan's background includes ten years’ experience as an investment banker and the role of Chief Investment Officer of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone. Mr. Swan is Vice President of the Board of Trustees of The Dalton School, a member of the Board of Trustees of Enterprise Community Partners, and a member of the Eastern Region Advisory Committee of the Low Income Investment Fund. Mr. Swan holds an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
